I was supposed to run 15 miles with my buddies this morning, but have come down with an awful cold. I decided to sleep in and do weights instead. Worked quads, hamstrings, inner and outer thigh, chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, glutes, and abs. After weights I ran, but was only able to muster out a slow 5 miles 8:34 AP. Really low miles this week, hopefully next week will be better:) |
