Woke up late and was only able to get in 7 miles, 8:00 AP. This run was pretty slow, every time I tried to incorporate speed in my left calf would hurt-weird.

Did a progressive speed run to test my calf for pain. Ran 5.1 miles with zero pain, yay! Went to kickboxing class with Jana.

Ran 10 miles some slow, some super fast. I'm just glad my calf is feeling good. Weights worked hamstrings, quads, calves, lumbar, delts, shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, inner thigh, outer thigh, abs and obliques. This was a very productive day for me at the gym and I felt great, love it.

I've been so lazy lately about my running. I think the ice and snow need to go away. At least next month I'll be in Belize for some warm weather running, till then the treadmill will have to do. I ran 8.15 fast miles 7:30 AP.

Probably one of the worst running days ever. I had planned on going to a class this morning and even called the gym to make sure the class was happening since the schedule is messed up due to the holidays. The guy assured me the class was happening. I rolled into the gym a bit early to get a few warm up miles in. There was a note on the class door indicating the class I was there for was cancelled, bummer. I decided since I was there I might as well do a long run, but my mind had already decided I wasn't supposed to be running that day. I ran an extremely slow 7 miles 8:12 AP. Things can only get better:)

I'm getting so tired of my gym. Two days in a row they have messed up my workout. I woke up and got to the gym by my usual 4:30, which is when it is supposed to open. The employee never showed up till 5:30, but thanks to Roy we were able to get into the building at 5:00. I ran a quick 3.4 miles and headed to kickboxing class, I'm thankful I was able to get my aggression out lol.
