Wowzers, this felt more like a recovery run than anything. This was a very hard run for me, my legs felt heavy and my breathing was off. Thank goodness for Jason and his encouragement through this run. We ran 10.1 miles through Mapleton, same route as Saturday with a little deviation.

Ran a slow 4.05 miles 8:29 AP, my legs felt nice and springy today yay! I then went to spin class.

Ran 2.25 fast miles 7:30 AP. My legs felt great and it felt good to run fast. Weights: worked quads, hamstrings, triceps, biceps, back, shoulders, chest, glutes and abs.

I don't know what my problem was today, maybe the weights yesterday. I just didn't feel like running. I dug deep and was able to pull out a slow 8 miles, 8:34 AP.
