Ran 5 progressive speed miles. Weights worked all parts of shoulders to failure, quads, hamstrings, inner thigh, chest, biceps, triceps, lumbar, delts, abs and obliques.
So I got a really slow start this morning. I had no desire to run, I just wanted to walk and chat with my cute friends. Once I decided to run I busted out some nice fast miles. I then did weights and worked calves, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs and obliques. Now I'm off to Los Angeles. I'm so excited for some warm weather to run in:)
