| Paul and I decided yesterday that we should run 14 miles for 2014. We talked Jason into the adventure as well. We got up this morning and started running at a freezing 19 degrees. Our miles were fairly slow, but we were just having fun and chatting. At mile 7 we stopped to fuel up and Jason was having pain in his ankle and decided he shouldn't go further. Paul and I finished the 14 miles. It was fun to see Lily twice on the run as well. Happy New Year!

| So I got a really slow start this morning. I had no desire to run, I just wanted to walk and chat with my cute friends. Once I decided to run I busted out some nice fast miles. I then did weights and worked calves, hamstrings, quads, biceps, triceps, shoulders, abs and obliques. Now I'm off to Los Angeles. I'm so excited for some warm weather to run in:)

| Holy cow, what a terrible week for working out. While I was in Los Angeles I was totally sick and never even got to run there:( I'm home now and feeling much better.
This started out as a great run. My first few miles were fast, but by mile 8 I wanted to throw the towel in. I pushed through the last 2 miles at a very slow 8:32 pace. This was one run I'm glad is over. I'm hoping next week goes better.

| Thank goodness I was able to go to the gym today. I have been so sick and even missed work yesterday. I missed work on one of the best days possible though, one of my first grade students threw up all over in class. I dodged a bullet on that one:)
This morning I ran a quick 4 miles before going to spin.
