Felt very sluggish this morning so I ran a very slow 4.05 miles then weights. I worked quads, hamstrings, calves, inner thigh, outer thigh, biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, abs and obliques.

4 fast miles then spin class. I'm headed to Washington DC tomorrow, then New York on Friday. I'm hoping to run in Central Park, the weather is supposed to be super cold though.

Ran a nice flat 10k this morning with Jason. The first half was great and actually pretty fast, but the second half we got a nasty headwind. All in all great to be out running again.

I'm likely going to Fiji in June and I'm for sure going to Switzerland in July. I decided I need to get in even better shape for these vacations and summer. 

Today was a double workout in the morning I ran 3.5 easy miles then went to yoga. This evening  I ran 1.5 fast miles then weights. I worked inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, quads, hamstrings, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, delts, lats, abs and obliques.
