| Felt very sluggish this morning so I ran a very slow 4.05 miles then weights. I worked quads, hamstrings, calves, inner thigh, outer thigh, biceps, triceps, chest, back, shoulders, abs and obliques.

| Ran a nice flat 10k this morning with Jason. The first half was great and actually pretty fast, but the second half we got a nasty headwind. All in all great to be out running again.

| I'm likely going to Fiji in June and I'm for sure going to Switzerland in July. I decided I need to get in even better shape for these vacations and summer.
Today was a double workout in the morning I ran 3.5 easy miles then went to yoga. This evening I ran 1.5 fast miles then weights. I worked inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, quads, hamstrings, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, delts, lats, abs and obliques.
