I ran 3.5 fast miles 7:25 AP then weights. I worked quads, hamstrings, glutes, lumbar, chest, shoulders, biceps triceps, abs and obliques.

Ran 8.1 miles, 7:55 AP. I had some nice fast miles in there:) I also did weights I worked quads, hamstrings, inner thigh, glutes, back, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques. The leg work I did was extra heavy, I know I'm going to feel it tomorrow.

So I took yesterday off so my legs wouldn't feel like jello for my LR. I was excited to get in a good run outside, but to my disappointment the heavy rain forced me onto the treadmill. I ran 10.4 easy miles.
