So the gym opened 30 minutes late today which cut my workout dramatically, bummer. I was only able to get in 1.65 quick miles before yoga.
4 slowish miles, then spin.
Ran a fast 3.5 miles 7:30 AP then weights. Worked quads, hamstrings, shins, calves, glutes, chest, shoulders, biceps, triceps, abs and obliques.
Ran 7.6 easy miles. I took yesterday off to see if that would help my back feel better. I think it helped a little I just wish I knew what caused it.
I ran 5 uber slow miles, it was more fun to chit chat with friends. I did weights today instead of a long run, I worked quads, hamstrings, inner thigh, outer thigh, glutes, biceps, shoulders, abs and obliques.
